Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs will face off against Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX, the biggest sporting event of the year, on Sunday.
The Chiefs are hoping to make history, as they would become the first team to ever win three consecutive Super Bowls and are already just the fourth team to ever play in three straight Super Bowls.
While there are many things that Kansas City fans could do to get ready for the game, the Big 12 might have the most intriguing option of the lot.
Starting at 5:00 a.m. CT on Sunday morning, Big 12 Studios will feature a Mahomes Marathon, as a collection of some of Mahomes’ best moments at Texas Tech.
Here’s a quick rundown of the schedule, courtesy of the Big 12 Studios release.
Before he became a three-time Super Bowl Champion and two-time MVP, Mahomes lit up scoreboards and stat sheets all over the Big 12.
His three-year career culminated in a fantastic junior season in 2016, as Mahomes completed 65.7% of his passing attempts for 5,052 yards and 41 touchdowns, adding 260 yards and 12 more scores on the ground.
Coverage of Super Bowl LIX will begin at 5:30 p.m. CT on Sunday, live from the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.
