Arizona’s 2026 recruiting class is beginning to catch fire, and after another commitment on Thursday, the Sun Devils are safely inside the top 20.
Julian Hugo, a highly sought-after three-star prospect from Cibolo, Texas, committed to Kenny Dillingham and the Sun Devils, giving them 10 commitments for the class.
As of now, ASU the No. 18 class in the country and the third-best class in the Big 12.
“I was so ready to commit. I’ve never felt more at home compared to the other schools I’ve been to,” Hugo told Rivals. “The players that hosted me really made me feel at home. They welcomed me and brought me in like I was one of theirs. My family also loved everything that Arizona State had to offer. No other school stood out to me as much as Arizona State.”
Hugo is a top-50 player at his position, and listed at 6-foot-4 250 pounds, he’s drawn interest from programs all over the country.
Among an list of 25 schools, Hugo held offers from programs like USC, Colorado, Texas Tech, TCU, SMU, Kansas State, and Baylor.
