The Big 12 Conference will release its 2025 football schedule on Tuesday, February 4, but instead of just sifting through the release on social media, fans will actually get a chance to watch things unfold on television.
That is, if you aren’t buried in work at 10:00 a.m. CT.
According to a tweet from FBSchedules.com, the Big 12 will have a schedule reveal show on ESPNU Tuesday morning.
The 2025 season will mark the league’s second year as a 16-member conference, following the additions of Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, and Utah from the Pac-12 last summer.
From the very beginning, this new-look league created havoc. While Arizona and Utah were expected to come right in and compete for a Big 12 crown, it was actually Arizona State and Colorado who stepped in and had immediate success.
Arizona State eventually won the league with a dominant victory over Iowa State, while Colorado finished tied for first in the conference standings with a 7-2 record in Big 12 play.
In 2025, the Big 12 will continue to play its nine-game league schedule, combined with a three-game nonconference schedule, with the top two teams in the final standings going to the Big 12 Championship Game on December 6, 2025.
