TCU vs. Colorado Predictions

The TCU Horned Frogs enter the game as the better team of the pair on paper, with a better overall record and in league play. The two teams split the series, however, as TCU took home the first game 68-57, followed by Colorado’s 76-56 win in the season finale.

In the matchup, Colorado smacked TCU with big days from Julian Hammond III, Bangot Dak, and RJ Smith. The trio combined for a total of 41 points in the blowout win. Dak is the biggest player to watch of the three as he’s really turned it on as of late. He’s reached double figures in each of Colorado’s last four games, averaging 12 points per contest.

On the opposite side of the court, TCU really struggled in the road loss. Trazarien White had a big day, scoring 21 points with three rebounds, but the rest of the squad was quiet. Colorado held TCU to 31.6% shooting from the field, 22.2% from three, and 66.7% from the charity stripe.

When looking at statistics, both teams struggle to get it done at both ends of the court, as TCU holds the Big 12’s worst offense and seventh-best defense, and Colorado checks in at No. 14 and No. 12, respectively.
